REBELLiON moves to 19 November 2022

All tickets remain valid. This will happen automatically.

After reviewing every scenario it pains us to say that we see no possibility to bring you the quality that you’re used to from us. That’s why we decided to postpone REBELLiON to November 19, 2022.

It hurts having to wait more than a whole year before we’ll meet at ‘The Dome’. Luckily the massive amount of messages from all of you gave us enough strength to let go and focus on the future again.

Ticket information
All tickets that have been bought for REBELLiON – One With The Tribe will automatically remain valid for REBELLiON 2022 on November 19 and require no further effort from you.

In case you don’t see any way to visit REBELLiON 2022 on the new date, we make it possible for you to request a refund. Remember that by doing so you will lose your reserved spot for this sold-out edition of REBELLiON. Everyone who placed an order (only the main booker) has received an email containing more information about requesting a refund.

Attention: make sure to let us know your choice before December 20, 2021. After that, your ticket will automatically be converted to a ticket for REBELLiON 2022 and it will no longer be possible to request a refund.

We hope to see you all again in the REBELLiON and REBORN RAW area at REBiRTH Festival 2022 or at one of our other events!

Ticket FAQ

  • ► I haven’t received an email

    The email was sent to the person who purchased the ticket(s). So if someone else has bought a ticket for you, the buyer has received an e-mail. 

    Did you buy the tickets yourself and did not receive an e-mail?

    Then it is possible that the email arrived in your SPAM inbox. If the email did not arrive in your SPAM inbox either, please send an email to info@jointherebellion.nl.

  • ► Which tickets are valid for next year?

    All entrance tickets, parking tickets and shuttle bus tickets purchased in our official Ticketshop and through Appic. It is not possible to get your deposit back if you have not paid the remaining amount.

  • ► I only made a deposit, can I get a refund?

    As communicated beforehand, it is not possible to request a refund for your deposit if you have not paid the remaining amount.

  • ► I used Refund Protection when I purchased my ticket, now what?

    Refund Protection is a service offered by Paylogic. If you have any questions about this you need to contact Booking Protect via this website. We can not help you with that.

  • ► Do I still need to personalize my ticket(s)?

    It is still possible to personalize your tickets for REBELLiON but it is also possible to do so later. Please note that your tickets will only be sent out once your tickets have been personalized. To do this, follow the next steps:

    1: Click on the ‘personalize’ button in the email from Paylogic, you’ve received this email after you’ve bought your tickets;
    2: Click on the ‘personalize’ button on the order status website;
    3: You need to ‘claim’ your own ticket first, click on the ‘claim’ button;
    4: Select the ticket, fill in your correct personal details, and click on ‘confirm’.
    5: Then, click on ‘send’ to send the other tickets to your friends;
    6: Select the ticket, fill in the correct email address of the person you want to send the ticket to;
    7: Click on ‘confirm’ and you’re done!
    If you have bought multiple tickets you need to repeat step 6. 

  • ► When will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets for REBELLiON – One With The Tribe will be mailed 1 week prior to the event if you have personalized your tickets. 

     

  • ► I’ve personalized my tickets but it’s on the wrong name, what now?

    If you have the wrong name on a personalized ticket, you can change this via the Name Change Module of Paylogic. It is required to have the ticket in the correct name. It is possible to change the name on your ticket 1 week before REBELLiON, once the tickets have been mailed.

  • ► I really don't see any possibility of attending REBELLiON 2022.

    That’s a shame! Perhaps you can sell your ticket to one of your friends? Otherwise, it is possible to request a refund. 

    Only the original booker of the tickets can request a refund, he/she has received an email with more information about this. Please note that you can only request a refund for the entire order and not for individual tickets. 

    You can request a refund until 20 december. If you have not requested a refund by this date your ticket is automatically converted into a ticket for REBELLiON 2022 and it is no longer possible to request a refund. 

  • ► I have booked a bus trip through an external travel partner, what now?

    Please contact the relevant partner for this, they can help you with this matter!

  • ► I want to donate (part of) my order to REBELLiON

    Are you not able to attend REBELLiON next year and do you want to give us extra support? Then it is also possible to donate (part of) your order. We will be eternally grateful to you for that! ❤️

  • ► I have booked a hotel or flight myself, will I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible through us, nor can we play a mediating role in this.
